I have recently linked yahoo to outlook. How do I transfer my old folders

Yahoo! only supports POP3 access, which doesn't download folders. You will
have to recreate your folders manually.

If you are using a "Web-to-POP3" utility, those don't work reliably, in my
experience. For support for such a utility, contact the author, or hope the
some OL user knows. Most often, that kind of utility is used with free
clients, not a paid application like OL. Different classes of user.
