All of a sudden my message rules quit working O2003

A few days ago my Message rules worked and now they don't. Is there a way I can check something to make sure things didn't get screwed up. I'm using Win XP Home, with all updates, and Office 2003 with all updates. Every day I have to pick out these items out of the Junk folder. I have the Junk folder set to "low" It seems like there is no filter at all. Here is an example of how I have a rule, on all messages coming from a Yahoo Group about my Treo. In this instance I have this rule as the first rule. Then I marked "On this computer only" and also the second one "with specific words in the subject line" Then I have it marked to "move it to a specific folder". That is all I thought I needed to do. It is not working though. Any help is appreciated very much Peter
