You mean when it gets received into your mailbox?

Check with your mail server to see if there is an option to forward your
e-mails. Else define a rule in Outlook (but which only run while
Outlook is running unless you use Exchange as your mail server).

What is an "online account"? Your mailbox on a POP3, IMAP, HTTP
(WebDAV), or Exchange server? Or some unidentified webmail account,
like Hotmail or Yahoo?

In an e-mail client, you can specify whatever you want in the From
header. You might even leave the From header pointing at your original
receiving mailbox but use the Reply-To header to have recipients send
any replies to your other "online account". However, the Received
headers added to your e-mail by the mail server that you use will still
show from whence your e-mail originated.
