If you mean paper that is punched to fit into a notebook, Daytimers produces
blank and subtly lined paper for this purpose. You ought to be able to
print your contacts out on this and put the output into a notebook, either
theirs or perhaps others'. I bought some along with a notebook but have not
yet tried it.
