My Outlook signature has my ID info. followed by a lengthy legal disclaimer.
When I create a new message the signature is single spaced, however, when
someone receives it, the ID info. is now double spaced wherever there was a
HRT (Hard-right) in the signature body. The disclaimer does not change, with
the exception of the line skipped between the 2 paragraphs becoming double
spaced after sending the message. I know this is merely a formatting
question, but it has bothered me for sometime. Can anyone help me, please!
