outlook and hyperlinks

Using outlook 2002 I seem to have the same problem others have registered,
but not received any answers: when I click on a hyperlink in an email I get
the message: locate link browser or in my Danish version: Find Kaedeoversigt.
Question 1: what is a link browser/kaedeoversigt?
Question 2: why doesn't it automatically lead me to the url?
Question 3: How do I fix the problem
