redemption.dll not installed

Using MS outlook through MS exchange server and keep getting.... The add-in
"C:\Programs.Files\Hotbar\bin\4.5.1.0\ Redemption.dll could not be installed
or loaded.

Have tried to find file and cannot find in Cdrive, also downloaded
remption.dll from www.dimastr.com unable to load through regsvr32.exe.
