I am in the same boat. My outlook 2002 does not send any e-mails except the
"test" e-mails that it generates under the test settings tab. I have 2
e-mail accounts with Roadrunner, differerent passwords, same POP/SMTP
settings and until the other day everything worked. Here's the wild part, I
have outlook express for newsgroups at Univ. of Phoenix...I set up a RR
account in it this am because I was desperate to send an e-mail...that
worked, but I want outlook back. I receive no error messages the
send/receive all progess does not detect the error. The only message about
it I get is if I try to close outlook with e-mails in outbox, but it still
does not send them.
