You can't. Note that by (secure) default Exchange doesn't even allow OOF
messaegs to be send to the Internet. If automatic replying to the Internet
has also been enabled on the Exchange you can emulate the OOF messages by
using a Wizard Rule and set exceptions for those addresses.
