Thank you for posting here.

Based on my knowledge and further test, you could customize the envelope
template by mail merge. For more information, please refer to the article
below.

After customizing the template, you will notice all the contacts will
display in new template.

| I am using Office 2003 to print addresses on envelopes, the addresses are
| obtained from my Outlook contacts list. The problem is the layout of the
