Contact Crystal Graphics since their add-in caused the problem.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After furious head scratching, PC asked:
| Help! I installed a trial version of some outlook stationery from
| www.crystalgraphics.com and since then I can't create a new message.
| Even File>New>Mail Message has no response. There is no error
| message, just no response. I've uninstalled the program and made sure
| that the stationery is set to "none" but there is still no response.
| I can access emails in my inbox and reply to them but not create a
| new message.
|
| Thanks for your help,
| PC
