Well, the log files do show that you downloaded some messages, but they
don't deal with what happens after download. If the messages are not
showing up in the inbox, something else is either deleting, moving, or
hiding them. You might try doing a Find across all your folders on some
words you know are in some of the messages ("and" or "the" might be a good
choice) and see if they've ended up somewhere unexpected.
