Printing problem

Guys,

Did I read or hear somewhere that there is sometimes a problem with printing
from Outlook messages sent as HTML? I've got a user who can print rich text
ones but seems she cannot print ones sent from a certain person, I believe
they are sent as HTML.

When she does print it will print the header but no body. Any ideas?
