Before we go further, in order to get a more concrete idea as to what the
exact problem is and how to resolve it efficiently, would you please answer
the following questions to narrow down the problem? I appreciate your help
to collect this information as soon as possible.

1. Please capture a screen shot of the error message during opening
attachment in Outlook, and send to me directly for further research:
v-leeli@microsoft.com.

2. Please let me whether the issue happens to all attachment or only
specific attachment.

3. Do you use Exchange Mailbox or POP3 account?

Please let me know the result so that I can provide further assistance on
this problem. I am looking forward to your reply. Thanks and have a nice
