RE: cannot find dll

What operating system are you using? If you are using XP Pro, then try going
to C:\Windows and either renaming or deleting "extend.bat" (renaming may be
safer), if it's not in that folder then try this one: C:\Documents and
Settings\(users folder)\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
Close outlook, and re-open it (logged on as user). That file you
renamed/deleted will be recreated.
