No, I left the spam filters turned off to not complicate thing
further. As a matter of fact, he got over 35 spam messages in about
10 minutes. It looks like he can receive mail from me now but he
still cannot send to me (HTML and plain text). I have used Outlook,
Outlook Express, Thunderbird and BellSouth's webmail to get my email,
but his messages never show up in my mailbox; HTML or plain text.
Yesterday, I also had another machine start to flake out a bit. It
cannot send HTML email within the domain (???). We have called
BellSouth and they seem to think that it is a combination of Outlook
2003 and WinXP SP2. Have you heard anything with this? We have quite
a few machines in the office with the EXACT same setup that show no
problems at all. I still think it is something specific to his
machine. The BellSouth explanation just seems like a good way to pass
the buck instead of finding a solution to the problem. Opinions?
Thanks again for your help!
