Outlook is not part of Windows, so reformatting is not needed. (except if you
messed up the registry badly) Send receive doesn't appear until you have set
up your POP mail accts according to the settings given to you by your
Internet service Provider. Go to Tools, Accounts, and make sure you have POP
mail accounts set up. Here's something else to try--go to File, Open on the
menu and open a different pst file. Make sure you are in Folder View.
