There are other reasons.
The tool installs for a single user only. If you are on a network machine
with mutliple logins it only works for one user. If the user who had it
leaves you have to log in as them to see the Uninstall option in Add&Remove.
But at the same time it will not allow you to do a new install.
I have tried to remove everything I can find, including registry entries,
but nothing works. I have removed MSOffice and reinstalled and still it
detects an installed version. I deleted the profile of the user - nada.
At this time, if you dont know the log in details of the user it was
installed for then you are in a spot of trouble.
I would love for someone to tell me the secret of how to remove this tool...
