Check with MSN to see if you have POP mail instead of HTTP even though you
pay for extra storage. I doubt that you do. If it's HTTP, you can't use
Outlook 2000. You'll have to upgrade to 2003 or use your browser for free or
OE--and pay extra for OE use.
