Outlook 97 (8.04.5619)

I have Outlook 97, Outlook Express 6 and Lotus Notes 6 on a notebook running
Windows XP Pro. I am unable to send and receive emails in Outlook 97 but
others are normal. There is no Send and Receive All icon on toolbar and I
press F5 to cause the Outlook 97 hanged. Can someone advise me the possible
causes and fixes.
