Opening Attachments

Recently encountered a problem opening Word and Excel
attachments in Outlook. After clicking on the attachment,
it takes a long time for the file to open, about 30 - 45
seconds when normally it opens a couple of seconds. I ran
virus software and none were found. If I save the file to
disk and the open it up through Word or Excel, it opens
normally. All other computers in the company are fine.

Does anybody have an idea of what may be causing this?
