Hi,
I sent an email to my colleague who has outlook express.
My email had an attachment, a word document, with a JPEG
image in the header of the document. My colleague only
sees a box with a red X in it. If I replace it with a GIF
image, the result is the same.
I tried sending an attachment where the image is in the
document body (and not in the header). This time she could
see it if it was a GIF but not if it was a JPEG.
Can't understand this.
The attachment that I am trying to send her is actually
the company's letterhead, hence the company logo is there
in the header portion.
Can anyone please help?
