It would seem as if the "stop processing" is not working in this case, since
if it was working, the message from <name1> would have only gotten as far as
rule #1 -- then it should have been moved to folder1 and nothing more should
have been done with it by the Rules Wizard.
Have you tried deleting these rules and recreating them?
