Does your mail from yahoo to hotmail arrive? Are you sending mail to hotmail
from your university account while using the university network or while
connected using another internet service?
finally, I'm not sure upgrading a hotmail account is a better deal than
using yahoo, except to get HTTP access in Outlook and OE. Paying yahoo $20 a
year for pop access is well worth it, if you don't want to use a browser.
