Hi,

I have an issue with Outlook 2000... Basically whats
happening is this 1 user trys to send or recieve mail and
it continuously comes back requesting the password. Now
when the user types the correct password in and clicks the
remember password field it comes back again and says the
user is locked out....

So how do I get the user to be able to use Outlook without
the user keep logging jobs with us to unlock her account
every 10 minutes?

or everytime she tryies to send and recieve?

Many Thanks

James
