Outlook 2003 - editing incoming emails

Anyone know if it is possible to edit a received message in Outlook 2003. This is one feature of Eudora that I really liked.

I (and probably many of you) get messages back from people where the quoted previous messages are far longer than the new material. On a number of messages, I might just want the 6 lines of new email not the 422 lines of quoted material. :-)
