Haven't found it myself either. I have it on my machine at work as well so
when I ever find the time troubleshooting and actually finding it I'll post
it on my site.

Two things I know for sure;
-it is somewhere in the profile of the logged on user as it works when I log
on as a different user
-it's not in the mail profile as recreating it doesn't solve the issue
