Hello,

I am use MS Outlook 2003. I have this problem as well.

The settings that i have kept are:

Leave the message on the server for 5 days. Outlook 2003 is unable to delete these emails after 5 days. on and off it will start downloading all the emails again. the version of outlook i have is 11.5608.5606

so basically, it downloads duplicate emails and fails to delete emails from the server.

Any Ideas?
