Disappearing Outlook ??

Starting today, I've noticed some strange behavior from
Outlook 2003. After opening the program, if it is
inactive for a few minutes, it disappears from the task
bar at the bottom of the screen?

Any ideas?

The only new program added is the new Beta Yahoo
Messenger.
