I use Outlook, run XP Pro. I have auto send/receive set
for every 3 mins. Preview panes are closed. Word is my
email editor.
Everytime a new email arrives it opens full screen. I
work mostly in word, either doing documents or e.mails.
I'm not a touch typist - ie I watch the keyboard. Then I
will look up, see an email has arrived and is open
staring me in the face [it may even be spam or something
I would not usually open] - and everything I have typed
since that message arrived & opened is lost. Maybe 3 - 4
lines. Very, very irritating.
Any ideas please?
