Explain what has changed between "used to be" and now. Are we to assume you
are no longer using Office 2000? Are we to guess what version and
information store you are now using? How are you performing these
resolutions?

full email address, then the next time I went to email individual, I didnt
need to type in full address. When I try now,, I have to associate the
alias / nickname a couple of times to the full address then its fine the
next time I want to use it. Problem is ,, it doesnt save the info,, if I
reboot , have to start all over again. This can be very time consuming .
