If anyone can help I will be greatful....

This is what I need to do and can someone give me instruction or let me know if it is possible.

At my company in enterprise support we use Outlook 2003 and I want to be able to view or run a report on all the received emails that have not be replied too in 4 hours. Our promise to our customer is 4 hrs and I want to be able to keep our support team on their toes.
