With the message *open* (NOT viewed in the Preview Pane), click on the View
menu and then select Options...
>From that screen, you can then select all headers, right click and copy
them. Then, you can click on the "Edit Message" option and add the headers
to the top of the message. The message can then be saved, forwarded,
printed, or whatever else you want to do with it.
