Very unclear question. Try to rephrase it please.
DL's will always show recipient addresses when placed in the To: field. Put
the DL in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field of the mail header. If that
field doesn't show while you're composing a E-mail go to the View menu and
select 'BCC Field'.

If instead you are asking how to put each recipients name in the To: field,
you would use a mail merge to electronic mail, not a DL.
