Mail Sent While Composing

I have a user that is using Outlook 2000 SP3, with Norton Antivirus
updated as of 3/30/04 that is having a problem. Her problem is that
while composing an email (saved in Drafts or not), the emails get sent
mysteriously. We have confirmed this by her getting read/delivery
receipts and the presence of it in her Sent Items box.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what is the remedy?
