I would uninstall XP and reinstall Windows 2000. If it was incomplete before, some of the files that were downloaded may not be working do to the files that were not downloaded. I would try that first.

I again with the keyboard. Also if Outlook is all that you are having problems with, you could update Outlook to 6.0 and see how that does.

Again, I would first uninstall XP and reinstall 2000. If that doesn't work, you might need to find out how bad your hard drive is.
