I have a user whose Outlook 2000 (corporate) stopped
working. Whenever he went to launch it an error message
popped up saying "Outlook.exe has generated errors and
will be closed by windows. An error log has been created."
I have tried a repair from the installation disk, have
uninstalled and reinstalled, have deleted all references
in application data, then uninstalled and reinstalled,
have looked on the KB and tried a couple things like
renaming the extend.dat file and building a new profile,
but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
