I bet Teri hits her ISP's quota limit first as to how many aggregate
recipients in the To, CC, and BCC headers is allowed. Bet Teri finds her
ISP won't allow more than, say, 50 recipients per e-mail message. Could be
25, might be 100, but your ISP isn't going to let you pay for a business
account to spew out thousands of messages at the price for a personal
account.
