You need to use either Netscape 4.x or Eudora as an intermediary.
Install either, and then in your Netscape mail folder in Windows Explorer
copy all the mail folders WITHOUT the extension into your chosen new mail
client. Open up the mail client, and open each folder in turn. (This builds
the index files). You should then be able to import in Outlook.
