Thanks for that Russ it works fine now.

We now have another problem? When the address book is used to send
multiple fax's for some reason when one fax has been sent it starts to
send the next fax without a pause and causes it to fail, we get an
error message unable to dial this contact? Outlook then dials the next
fax in the list no problem, then the next one fails?

Also it would be nice to see in the sent fax's sent box the name of
the company not the name of the contact. Looking at the sent fax's we
just see for example John, David, john, Steve ect, even though we file
the contacts to show the company names?
