What version of windows? if you just deleted it and your windows supports system restore, use system restore to restore to a time before you deleted the acct. Then move everything you want to keep to a pst file and delete the acct.
if you don't have a restore point, it can be expensive to get them back - in most cases you'll need to buy a recovery tool. See the tools list at http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.asp for tools you can use.

I just got laid off. I have all my personal and professional contacts in my
Contact Address Book which is always accessible offline [when not connected
to Exchange]. Problem: when I deleted Exchange from my list of email
addresses, I lost my offline contact file, too! Help! Is it still on my
harddrive? My backup is not up to date. Is there a file type that I look
for? Thank you!
