What do you mean it "won't email?"
Is everyone using the same version of Outlook? If so which one?
Do you envision a time when you might be using different versions of
Outlook?
Exporting and importing has several drawbacks. There is always data loss
with this method.
Just copying the Contacts into a PST is better.
