adding background music as ASF in an email

Hello Friends

In my previous computer with Outlook Express I could add background ASF
music (picked up from a website) (as I 've added here as you may here,
because this my wifes PC with Outlook express)
But now I've Outlook 2003 and the option Sound for background is gone . Can
somebody help me out , how I can add background music in Outlook2003 by ASF
...??
