All you need are a functional mail transport and an Outlook Data File (PST
file) that is connected to your profile. Are your mail accounts fully
functional and working correctly?
I suspect the problem is with your PST file since exporting and importing is
one of the worst possible ways to transfer data from one installation to
another.
When you go to View > Folder List, is there more than one set of "Outlook
Today" or "Personal Folder" files listed? Do you still have access to your
original Outlook Data File so that we can connect it correctly?
