Russ

I have recreated a new AddressLayout and confirm that the fields I have choosen now print out in word correctly. My problem still remains that if I select a contact then select Actions\Letter to Contact the name is displayed twice. Is there an AddressLayout autotext that I can check within Outlook 2k?

Tks
Karl

When I use Outlook (2K) Contacts\Action\Letter to Contact it displays the name twice. I can manually take out the second instance of the name but if I am creating a mail merge I do not have sufficient time for this.
