For the record, I though it was your laptop too. :)

So its caused by the time zones not being correct or updated? That's good to know. It's not a problem we see often so it helps to have the fix.

In the few other cases I've seen, the users can accept the meeting, they are
just warned the time might be wrong. Based on these other reports, it looks
like its new to outlook 2007 sp2.
