Re: Shared Calendar Appts Disappearing

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Only one BB is synced and it's the only mobile device we use. No
meeting request deletes from BB but definitely calendar edits.

thanks, gary

Are all 5 people getting this calendar synced to their BB?
Are you syncing to any device besides BB?
Are you deleting meeting requests from the BB?

Hello,

We are having some issues with our shared calendar.  We are using
Exchange 2007 and syncing with a BB via Enterprise Server.  We are
also accessing this particular calendar on 5 workstations
simultaneously.

For the most part everything is great, but every once in a while we
have a day when all newly entered appts disappear.  It's obvious that
the calendar is not syncing on that particular day, and we honestly
don't know if we've seen the appts on other workstations, OWA, or the
BB before we realize they're gone.

There are plenty of issues I've seen between syncing w/mobile devices
and such, any known fixes for this type of problem?  I did find, at
one point, that if we had the calendar open in a separate window it
would not sync unless we switched OL UI's (i.e. calendar->mail), I'm
guessing that caused a data push.

Any help is greatly appreciated- Hide quoted text -
