Problem with "Show time as:" when synchronising with Palm T5

Hi All,
I have a Palm T5 which I synchronise to Outlook. On the Palm I have
customised the categories of appointment - I have 6 different
categories/colours as follows;
-Business - blue
-DO - red
-DONE - green
-Holiday - purple
-Personal - pink

In Outlook Calendar, in Day/Week/Month view, I have set up each of the
categories with colours matching the Palm - it is beautiful - each
appointment is coloured and at a glance on each day I can see what is
outstanding or incomplete.

Question - The only problem is that when synchronising, appointments
entered into the Palm always come up in Outlook as a meeting - with
the little meeting "heads" icon and if I click open the appointment to
edit it, there is the little yellow "!" attention thing saying that no
attendees are selected for the meeting.

Is there any way to stop the appointment from automatically turning
into a meeting?
