Dear Gigs,

>I suppose I could use my Palm,...

A Palm doesnīt save/store all informations of a calendar item of Outlook.
There are a lot of fields in Outlook who are not available in Palm. Of
cousre you can synchronize your Outlook (PC) with a Palm but I donīt think
that the Palm software will support a "conflict resolution" if you sync your
Palm after your PC with your Notebook.

Another solution could be the briefcase scenarion:

Then you will work with one (the same PST) on the notebook and on the PC.
