1) Check to see if one (or both) have a PRIVATE sensitivity
setting turned on. (Lower right hand corner of the task, is
there a check mark next to PRIVATE?
2) Does the Delegate have the "right" to see private objects?
(Look in the Delegate tab in options)
4) Where is the Delegate trying to see the tasks from? The
Tasks folder or the Calendar view?
3) Why does the delegate have Publishing Rights? Are they
really going to create sub folders for the other guy? If not
turn down the rights to just "Editor".

I have a delegate user with publishing editor rights to another user's (owner's) calendar, tasks, inbox, etc. Under Task Pad in the Calendar, the owner has chosen to show all tasks. The delegate has the same view settings, yet does not see all tasks, only a few compared to what the owner sees. I have compared all settings and see no difference. I have double checked the delegate's rights, compared the settings again, even ran detect & repair on the delegate's Outlook. Comments??
